The Story Behind Sunlight Sonata

This coffee comes from the Perez Zeledon region of Southern Costa Rica, where farms thrive at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 meters. The beans are washed and sun-dried, featuring classic Catuai and Caturra varietals graded SHB, EP.

Sourced through CoopeAgri, a cooperative of farmers from small villages and family farms, this coffee represents more than flavor. The cooperative provides members with access to medical care, agronomy support, and education while reinvesting in their communities. Even the fertilizer used is produced by the COOP, ensuring a cycle of sustainability that benefits both people and land.
