Cancellation policy
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

Billing & Payment:
- Your payment details will be stored securely and will be charged automatically for each delivery.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.

Minimum Commitment:
- Please note that by signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of one reorder or renewal, which will be processed according to your selected frequency (typically one month after your initial order).

Modifying or Canceling a Subscription:
- You can modify or cancel your subscription any time after the first renewal.
- To manage your subscription:
- Use the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
- Or, log in directly to your account via the account icon at the top right corner of the Vivarti Coffee website.

- Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds related to subscription orders.
2. Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is out-of-stock or upcoming and not yet available for immediate shipping.

Payment Terms:
- We may collect:
- No payment upfront.
- Or, a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged once the item is ready to ship.
- Your payment method will be securely stored for future processing.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders:
- You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order (whether partially paid or unpaid) before it ships.
- Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund per our Returns Policy.

Refunds on Canceled Pre-Orders:
- If you cancel before fulfillment, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
- For shipped pre-orders, refunds will follow the guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy.
3. General Cancellation Terms
