Cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Billing & Payment:

    • Your payment details will be stored securely and will be charged automatically for each delivery.
    • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel before the next billing cycle.
  • Minimum Commitment:

    • Please note that by signing up for a subscription, you agree to a minimum of one reorder or renewal, which will be processed according to your selected frequency (typically one month after your initial order).
  • Modifying or Canceling a Subscription:

    • You can modify or cancel your subscription any time after the first renewal.
    • To manage your subscription:
      • Use the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
      • Or, log in directly to your account via the account icon at the top right corner of the Vivarti Coffee website.
  • Returns & Refunds:

    • Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds related to subscription orders.

2. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is out-of-stock or upcoming and not yet available for immediate shipping.

  • Payment Terms:

    • We may collect:
      • No payment upfront.
      • Or, a partial deposit at checkout, with the remaining balance charged once the item is ready to ship.
    • Your payment method will be securely stored for future processing.
  • Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

    • You can cancel any unfulfilled pre-order (whether partially paid or unpaid) before it ships.
    • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund per our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds on Canceled Pre-Orders:

    • If you cancel before fulfillment, any payment made will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
    • For shipped pre-orders, refunds will follow the guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy.

3. General Cancellation Terms

  • Order Cancellations:

    • Regular (non-subscription/pre-order) orders can be canceled before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return under our Returns Policy.
