Vivarti Coffee Shipping Policy
At Vivarti Coffee, we aim to make shipping simple and affordable. Below are the details of our shipping options and policies:
Retail Orders
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all retail orders over $50 (up to $500) within the continental United States (including Washington D.C.).
- Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $50, a $4.99 flat-rate shipping fee applies.
- Shipping Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses.
Wholesale Orders
- Orders Over $500: If your order exceeds $500, you may be eligible for wholesale pricing. Please contact us at admin@vivarticoffee.com for details.
- Wholesale Shipping: Shipping costs and timelines for wholesale orders will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. Wholesale customers should also review our Return Policy for additional shipping-related details.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Issues & Delays
- Wrong Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms a “no delivery”, we will reship your order at no cost.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged, contact support@vivarticoffee.com immediately, and we will replace the item at no cost.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
