Sourced from the lush volcanic slopes of Mount Agung, Java Eclipse is cultivated by small family-owned farms using centuries-old Balinese traditions. Coffee here is grown alongside citrus trees in nutrient-rich volcanic loam, creating a distinct flavor profile.

Farmers follow the Subak Abian, an ancient, community-based farming system that emphasizes harmony between humans, nature, and spirituality—a reflection of Bali’s Tri Hita Karana philosophy. The beans undergo a unique wet-hulling process (Giling Basah), giving them their hallmark bluish hue and resulting in a clean, syrupy cup with deep, complex notes.
